Spill Friends is a modern wellness brand creating simple, effective supplements for focus and balance. Our debut product, Chilled Focus, blends clinically studied ingredients with packaging inspired by Bauhaus women textile designers.
In 1919, the Bauhaus was founded as a small, experimental applied arts school in Germany. Though it operated for just 14 years, its influence on modern design has been vast, shaping how we think about form, function, colour, and everyday objects.
What’s less widely recognised is the role women played in shaping that legacy.
While the Bauhaus presented itself as progressive, women were often steered away from architecture and industrial design and into workshops considered more “appropriate”, such as weaving, textiles, ceramics, and stage design. Rather than limiting their impact, these spaces became sites of radical innovation.

Women designers transformed textiles into modern systems of rhythm, geometry, colour, and function. Their work wasn’t decorative — it was practical, repeatable, and designed to be lived with. We use clean geometry, repetition, and considered colour to create visual calm rather than noise. Our designs are intentional but gentle, meant to feel grounding, not overstimulating. Much like the textiles that inspired them, they earn their place through function as much as form.

Spill Friends was created by people navigating modern life, work, stress, creativity, ambition, and rest all at once. We wanted supplements that integrated easily into daily routines, without pushing the body into overdrive.
